Chronic Stress Relief Part 3 Chronic Pain

A relaxation technique is whatever makes you feel good and eases your mind. Sometimes it can be as easy as rearranging or swapping out pictures or redecorating with silk flowers for the season. Maybe adding a scented candle or adding a new vase. Whatever it is, make a change to your surroundings. I am sure it will brighten your spirits. I leave you today with two more relaxation tips from WebMed, 1) Foursquare Breathing Breath deeply so your abdomen extends and contracts as you breath. Inhale to a count of four. Exhale to a count of four. Repeat ten times. 2) Guided Imagery Breath slowly, deeply. Imagine tranquil scenery where you feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. Include colors, smells and feelings. Repeat five to ten minutes every day. Remember, my Ebook = Inspiration Best, Ines
